Kumano Navy
Night Banquet on the Sea

A Sengoku-era romance in a glass, inspired by the legendary Kumano Navy—fearless seafarers who braved the turbulent waves of war. Their daring spirit, sharp wit, and proud soul are captured here in bold flavors and striking presentation.
Kishu whisky infused with bonito carries a smoky ocean breeze and deep umami, enriched by the richness of tomato. The sharp spice of budō-sanshō and a hint of lemon evoke the tension of battle at sea, while umami bitters bring balance and depth. Wrapped in seaweed along the rim like the hull of a warship, and finished with shaved bonito — an emblem of pride, a blessing from the sea.

Benzaiten
Guardian of Safe Voyages

A prayer for safe passage across distant seas, offered to Benzaiten since ancient times, embodied here as a serene and soulful cocktail.
The gentle tartness of plum spirits blends with the clarity of chilled dashi umami, while plum vinegar and salt touch the tongue like a sea breeze. Umami bitters add depth, with garnishes of hirome kelp and plum symbolizing purity and protection.
Like breathing calmly on a boat adrift on a still sea, this cocktail offers tranquility and guidance for every journey.
